Community Incentives:

• Move-In Special! We will finance up to $1,700 of your moving expenses. You will receive 2 months' free lot rent with approved credit. To move your mobile home to our community, your home must not be over 7 years old and it must look nice. Skirting must be installed within 30 days.
• We offer a "Refer-A-Friend" incentive to all residents in our community. If you refer a friend or family member to our community, we'll pay you $200 once they are approved and have moved in with a mobile home that is no older than 7 years. If you refer someone who purchases a home from our community and moves in, you will receive a $200 check plus one month's free lot rent!
• If you purchase a manufactured home from us, you will receive 3 months' free lot rent.
